“Hotel staff are very helpful ”

“The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be……

“Highly recommended hotel. I got earlier check in at 3am with charge reasonable price but finally waived. Highly appreciated. Thank you all staff in Frutta. My family has unexpected experience during my stay as they let me enjoy an unforgettable Thai new year. Really enjoy. Meanwhile, there has a delicious and local price Thai restaurant with few minutes walking distance from Frutta. However, it is little bit far from Patong Beach. You have to take taxi to Patong Beach with about 200THB.”

“La dame de l’accueil est très sympa et serviable. Propre et au centre ville pour le positif. Négatif : pas d’eau chaude même si cela ne m’a pas dérangé car il a fait chaud mais pas pour ma fille. En gros parfait pour un court séjour ”

“Everything was great just in a really weird location ”

“地点就在市区中心附近，周边很方便吃的、7-11就在旁边。前台人员很热情，帮忙介绍当地特色好吃的、好玩的！房间很舒适而且环境比较清静，不足就是当天晚上入住冲凉房下水口就堵塞了，结果通知前台维修，修了半天才修好，期间还忘了帮我们锁房间门。不过整体体验还是不错的。”
