「Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a good value for money, however I do not recommend a street-facing room because of night noise from the street. Generally a good location for walking to the beach, shopping, multiple dining options, and of course the bar scene」

「I want to say thank you to the lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) in concierge , she is very considerate and thoughtful. Although hotel forgot to arrange the birthday surprise to my husband, she rearranged again and impressed us. And always give us suggestions for our trip! Besides, the location of the hotel is good, foods and massage are nearby. Housekeeping every day, very good!!!」

「Awesome location! On beach street right next to Patong Beach sign and Bangla street. 5 mins walking to Jungceylon. Associates are nice and warm. They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!」
