「I want to say thank you to the lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) in concierge , she is very considerate and thoughtful. Although hotel forgot to arrange the birthday surprise to my husband, she rearranged again and impressed us. And always give us suggestions for our trip! Besides, the location of the hotel is good, foods and massage are nearby. Housekeeping every day, very good!!!」

「Awesome location! On beach street right next to Patong Beach sign and Bangla street. 5 mins walking to Jungceylon. Associates are nice and warm. They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!」

「真的很不錯，員工服務好又親切」

「我們是凌晨到酒店，前台非常好給我們很快速安排房間還有給我們很多提醒。早餐從6:30-10:30am，雖然款式不多可是很舒服，東西也不錯，住了四天每天都有換一點新的，只是烤麵包的機器壞了要用另一個烤。泳池也不錯很舒服也很乾淨。酒店設備也是很新很乾淨，一進去就給人很舒服的感覺。 酒店如果走去江西冷大約需要20分鐘，坐tuktuk起碼200up 巴東地區都是這樣。 酒店就在天皇秀附近，樓下有按摩店洗衣店還有family mart，按摩好像是150baht （我沒去過不知如何）。可是我強烈推薦走15分鐘可到的lets relax！ 超級舒服！ 酒店裡基本是俄羅斯人居多，而且一點小提醒，check in 需要給5000泰銖現金的押金，退房的時候會退的。 總結來說，按乾淨不潮濕食物環境都不錯的酒店來說，性價比是很高了。」

「The hotel is 15 minutes walkable from Patong street. One bed thing is they dont provide for free cancellation, ruining my trip planning given i got some emergent situation. They can actually sell me room at a good price during this peak season」

「We are not coming in a peak season, the breakfast is not buffet, only order food to staff, but they are nice! We went to gym room, it is totally poor! The room is poor ventilation, air con is not functional.」
