This place sucks for a 5 star resort. To be clear, it’s still a 5-star resort (property is awesome, it’s right on the beach, food is good and there are plenty of options) but I’d spend my money elsewhere. The biggest issue is everything is overpriced. You pay $10-12 (that’s USD) per cocktail and you get tiny portions disguised in tall glasses, but it’s like 6 oz. Wine was $20 per glass. It’s also a huge headache to do/order anything because you always have to sign for it (we wanted a couple towels one day and had to sign a checkout form). The bureaucracy was crazy. And they were always having weddings that are loud and disruptive. The main restaurant was closed one night for a wedding party. When you spend that much on a room you don’t want to get nickel and dimed on everything else and that’s what it felt like.

In regards to the alcoholic beverages pricing, please kindly note that following the Indonesian Government taxation regulation, legally purchased wines and spirits compared to other countries have different taxation tiers exceeding most of the time the 100-150% premium on legally imported wines and spirits hence prices of alcohol might differ a lot if compared with some of the other countries in the region as well as to kindly note that we also regularly conduct audits and price comparisons with similar five stars hotels in Bali as well as work very closely with our suppliers, in order to offer to best offerings in terms of available products and value to our guests.Our sincerest apologies for the perceived misbehavior and noise created by other guests at the hotel as well the noise from wedding event. Everything for the most part was excellent. Need to streamline checking in. It took too long and too many staff involved. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous. Top notched service and attention to details from the incredible staff. The pool was lovely with a few restaurants to select from. I really appreciated the buggy available readily to take you anywhere around the property. Free activities were available for guests and partial spa facilities as well. The daily breakfast buffet had so many choices and a soup bar. The room was spacious, and super clean. It was a definite place to relax and you never want to leave.

The Ritz Carlton standard is well and truly maintained in the Nusa Dua resort. Beautiful property makes you feel relaxed when you arrive, welcome staff excellent, Restaurants are great quality - I must compliment one of the exec Chef Abi who ran a great team of chefs and service staff and one of his junior Staff Bernadetta was smiling every day and was so helpful also. Spacious rooms with everything you need, even access to lagoon pools.

Swimming pool was too busy, too noisy and other guests were rude. Our belongings were moved and our chairs/sun beds taken over despite us being away from the pool for a short time.

Gorgeous grounds and impeccable service is what you'll encounter at The Ritz-Carlton in Bali.
I wish there were more restaurants and the beach was swimable and cleaner.
But the great service will ease away all your minor gripes. Had a wonderful time!

Excellent service a stunning breakfast one of the best places I have stayed at in Bali
We had a lovely and memorable experience at the Ritz Carlton Bali. The entire staff was excellent from beginning to end and the resort was just beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We would love to come back to Bali again and stay at the Ritz Carlton Resort.
Beautiful property and great staff. However, upon checking into our room there was food left on the deck near the pool and the robes and towels had stains on them showing that they were overlooked and we’re not replaced. This made us a bit worry about the cleanliness of our room as certain amenities were not replenished as well.
The GM, all the hotel staff, room service food, restaurants - all excellent. Beyond their control was debris washed up on the beach from the Indian Ocean. We had a most enjoyable bday holiday! Thank you Ritz Carlton, Nusa Dua, Bali! You were attentive to every need of ours. Such class!
The entire Ritz Carlton Bali team really went out of their way to ensure my family had a great holiday, felt welcomed and would try to anticipate our needs. Very family friendly, can’t wait to visit again.
