「Great service from the staff」

「A very serene place…meticulously clean and best staff ever. Very ideal for families and al kinds of travelers. 」

「Meal service was below par. Not enough options, food kept running out. They only offer 1drink per person without refill, when requested for water, staff told us we have already received one juice. Did not offer water even at additional cost. Had to push staff to offer this (give us water). During meals, staff have to be requested for beverages multiple times before offering. Seems like they were understaffed. Lots of people who were doing multiple conferences, might need more staff to improve...
