「We love everything of this beautiful hotel.」

「Good price including breakfast.」

「I have given a low score because I booked for breakfast and a superior room. There was no breakfast and our bathroom was across the corridor which would have been ok but the shower just trickled out there were instructions due to low pressure but it was cold in there and couldn’t have a full shower. The bins were not emptied and tea and coffee not replaced there was milk sachets left which had been opened. The room was so small it was difficult for me and my husband to comfortably get ready...

「the room is clean and comfortable, but the bed sheet and quilt are a bit torn out. Time to replace with new ones.」

「你比賽會場最近的飯店，明年還要訂這一家，因為一月的UK非常冷 所以當你看完比賽或比完賽不用再拖著行李或者穿禮服進入會場或離開會場 一定要提早訂，因為房間很快就滿了」

「I really loved my stay here. There was a friendly vibe, the rooms were comfortable and you could tell the place was loved and looked after. Nice breakfast too. I got a sleep score of 92!! I will recommend to friends and family visiting Bournemouth.」

「Nice place and perfect location」

「櫃檯人員態度不佳、没服務熱誠、對話都不耐煩、酒店施工已經給房客帶來不方便、入門因施工地面不平、此飯店員工冷眼旁觀、我可是住了5天的客人、」

「Good location」

「I found the hotel to be great for my purposes which was a brief one night stoppover. Shower tap was a little stiff and water took quite a while to reach temperature.」

「Not bad, clean room, good staff. 」

「The toilet was absolutely disgusting with sh*t stains all over the cover. It’s like they have never heard of water pressure and temperature control. Move the tap one millimeter and you go from boiling to freezing. The towels were yellow with stains. On the off chance you find one seemingly safe enough to use, the fluff sheds like a German shepherd in the summer. For £200+ a night the room was small with no air conditioning. All they give you is a measly fan that sounds like it’s on life...

「Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. Iron, ironing...
