「Communication with the local host through the VRBO app was not an option. The property management company wouldn’t allow us to communicate with the local host inside the app. It had to be through communications outside the app to their personal cell phone. 「Cute little home. Had all the extras you sometimes need. Toys & coloring books for kids, baby gear, dog water bowls, bed & toys, extra food storage baggies & plastic wrap were helpful for our day at the zoo. The home was clean. Parking was occasionally difficult but that's street parking for ya. Our 4 dogs enjoyed the yard. 「Worse stay ever. The code to the door was wrong. Couldn’t get a hold of the property manager. The first night stayed in a hotel room. The next night had cold showers, couldn’t get the heat turned on and still couldn’t get ahold of the manager. No microwave. I’m pretending the weekend just didn’t happen. 」

「It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. 」
