“We stayed at VIK Chile for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The property is spectacular, with striking architecture, beautiful vineyards and breathtaking surroundings. It is a truly unique destination, and the staff were always welcoming, courteous and eager to help. However, considering the price and positioning of the hotel, we expected a more consistent luxury experience.
