"I noticed how the host responds to any criticism, so I will not be specific. I will just say that it was one of worst places we ever stayed in Europe. Now, I know this is budget accommodation, no need to repeat it, I know that you provide air conditioning (most places do). I would just encourage you to travel and experience the standard of other budget locations. We run a small guest house in Italy and if we kept our place in those conditions we would be shut down and fined heavily."

"Worst experience I ever had in my life. The first, it was the rule of the managing company to confirm arrival 24 hours before. But they didn’t respond to my messages and calls until one hour before actual arrival. The second, the apartment was terrible - it was dirty and the bathrooms were in terrible conditions. The third, the check-out time is noon but a man with two women came at 11 am and started pushing us out in a very rude manner and scared my children. They left us alone only when I...

"Needed a hotel close to the hospital where on of us got a broken arm set. The neighborhood is not very good but the hotel was new and outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. It was close to the metro too."
