We fell in love with the house and the amenities. Being on the second row and having such a view of the ocean was amazing. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water from a bedroom ceiling, but maintenance was quick to respond. We would absolutely rent this house again without any reservations. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

First, the rental company Better Beach Rentals was absolutely wonderful to work with. When we checked in, the house was not cleaned from when the owners/guests stayed. They came out and cleaned it. However, we had to have them come back out on day 2 because of the massive amount of dog hair on the furniture, on the beds, under the beds, etc. The house says it is NOT pet friendly, but I can assure you the owners, or the guests before us had dogs who shed a lot. Better Beach Rentals did a wonderful job coming back out and cleaning for a second time. I would absolutely rent from Better Beach Rentals again, no questions asked. I would not rent this house again. The view was great, the pool was good, but small, the beds were very comfortable. Beach access is 2 minute walk. I hate to leave bad reviews, but having to have the house cleaned twice in 3 days is unacceptable.

House was clean, pool was amazing! Location was great! There was some minor maintenance issues. Would recommend taking your own pillows and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The new deck was a great feature and was great to come back to after a day at the beach. Beach access is only one house over and we could easily find space for our group even when heading out late and on a peak weekend. The corner pantry just a 5 minute walk down the road was great for anything you may have forgotten while shopping. Would definitely go back for a future stay!
