We own on the island as hosts but we always book for big weekends with a group of friends who are family to us. I say this to say we are very understanding of rentals and the overall experience can vary but...Pros: location is amazing. By far best location and views we've had and done this for 10 years.Cons: Beds, all of them, are awful. Absolute need to replace, some with stains never cleaned. Hot tub was half full and murky. House was hardly stocked with any needs so you need to bring almost everything. Towels and sheets were as thin and as cheap as you could possibly have. 3 bedroom TVs didnt work, 1 didnt have a power cord and 1 wouldnt update when turned on.This house is run through an agency so I dont put this on the owners who use them, they may not know. We texted the agency with some concerns on Sat AM and as when we left Monday, no response from them.Overall, for the price they ask, theres better on the island. Again, location and views/decks are incredible but it should come with more pro's than cons for that price.
