"I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. "This property is a duplex. That should be disclosed in the listing. Compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at, this one is lacking in the kitchen. Not well stocked with spices,pans, utensils, ziplocks, etc. The house is so slanted that we couldn’t even sit in the dining room."

"Our group met in St. Paul for an event at the Xcel Center and the house location was perfect. Close to the airport too. Shamrocks is a 10 minute walk and they have a free shuttle to Xcel. There is one private bedroom downstairs and the rest of the sleeping locations are in shared spaces. The upstairs has loft style bedrooms without doors. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again."

"The house was overall an amazing furnished house. The four of us stayed over the weekend with each room being nicely sized for us all. It got the job done for the weekend being but we often times had problems with not only the toilet but the sink in which had been previously fixed and broke. Excluding the bathroom, the home was comfortable for the weekend stay"
