「Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent, staff was so kind and helpful especially Ron. Pool was under construction so we didn’t get to use it.」

「I would have rated it better, but for a hotel within 15 minutes of the largest privately owned offroad park, they don't offer trailer parking. When asked where to park a trailer they said next door at the Days Inn and make sure you take all valuables out of the vehicles. That wasn't very reassuring of a safe stay. Other than the parking issue and the strong odor of air fresheners it was a good place to stay. They also offer pet friendly rooms which may have had something to do with the strong...

「Comfortable in a homey way」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」

「Older rooms and amenities」

「Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was wonderful, even offered to get the complimentary coffee ready at 4:30am (1.5 hours before the standard time) because I was leaving early. Can’t say how much I appreciated that. Room was clean, lots of towels, pool was great and my kids loved jumping and swimming. Great option for a family of 4 traveling through for the night.」

「When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. We talked to several of the staff and they were all kind and helpful. One employee filled us in on the fact they are going to be remodeling the whole building, starting on the 4th floor.
