「The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel compensated fairly for the inconvenience. They only offered 70 back for a 3 night 4 day booking...thats probably why all the cabins where empty, but the one we rented..Also the heating situation...

「Property located in cul-de-sac. All duplexes that appeared to be unkept govt. subsidized housing. Duplex next to property gas windows boarded. Attached duplex had numerous vehicles in yard with older boy laying across the car. Step up to porch approx 16" off ground with no handrail. Home had uneven floors. Freezer with approx 4" frost. Called host, called VRBO letting them know we were not staying. No resolution has been made. Host refuses any contact concerning reimbursement, partial or full....
