Accessibility: Easy access to Canyons and PC. Took us under 5-10 minutes to PC depending on traffic. Canyons was even closer. The Home: Clean home. Furnished really well with updated furniture, comfortable beds, games, two fireplaces, and two separate hang out areas. Communication: A responsive owner is a big positive....
