“I called and texted to make sure late checkins were available. They assumed me if I got there at midi could still check in but when I arrived. I was locked out with little no no directions. They told me to got to the baton building which was locked behind a room number they never gave me. I tried contacting the property, Expedia, and the emergency lock out number and got zero assistance and Expedia said that it was a private request that the hotel made a accommodation foe me but on the app it……

“The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! “My card was charged before i arrived, that should have been a red flag but i preceded with the reservation anyway. The room was the worst motel experience i have ever had, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was half a roll of toilet paper that had something disgusting on it and the holder was ripped off the wall so it was just sitting on the toilet.
