"Really well equipped house with beautiful surroundings. After clear instructions of how to arrive and check in we felt warmly welcomed with fresh flowers and some chocolates from Oban. Plenty of lovely walks nearby, but the house was also a great place to use as a base to explore wider, from a trip to Oban (picking up more chocolates!) to a walk up Ben Cruachan. We’d love to stay again and continue to explore. Huge thanks to Fiona and Andy for being such great hosts!!"

"The Croft house was an absolute dream. We had everything (and more) that we needed. Catherine is a wonderful host and was available for any questions and made sure we were not lacking for anything. "The lodge was perfect for an outdoor family like us with dogs. Location is quite remote but that's what we like. We'd advise going stocked up with food and drink before going. there is a pub within walking distance with pub food and a great pool table. Meals were after 6pm. "Particularly enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the accommodation. The maps for walks in and around the estate were an unexpected bonus, which was taken full advantage of. A surprising coincidental connection to the estate owner. The flapjacks were the best we'd ever tasted (recipe?)! The only disappointment was the DVD/CD player incompatible with the TV/sound system, so were unable to enjoy the music and movies we'd brought. Otherwise, a well deserved 5 stars!"
