“NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. “The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. The apartment was new, very clean, confortable and with full furnitures (washing machine, nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, kitchen etc.). All in all, we felt like being home. “Das Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Koch- und Aufwärmmöglichkeiten durch Mikrowelle und Kochfeld, inklusive Töpfe, Pfannen und sauberem Geschirr sind vorhanden. Eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine und ein großzügiger Kühlschrank sind dort eingebaut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Der Fernseher ist 180 Grad schwenkbar und sehr gut vom Bett und auch vom davor angebrachten Schreibtisch aus betrachtbar. Empfang ist dort via Satellit. Die Versorgung mit Internet via WLAN……

“The apartment was in a very central location for the old town and bars and restaurants. However it could be noisy at night and with no aircon we had to have windows open. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofabed, and 2 double sofa beds in the living room,. There were only 2 of us so it was ample. Plenty of towels provided, however they were old and thin, could definitely do with replacing. And there was only 1 teatowel for drying dishes, which wasn't really enough for 4……
