"A great place to stay with stunning views. There's a bus stop at the entrance so it's easy to get to Dachstein Krippenstein and Hallstatt. There's also a wharf close by with two transport options. The mini-market in the resort is well stocked with plenty of options for self-catering. The staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was excellent."

"We stayed at the Tiny House, which was not only super cute but also very comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The place is amazing — nestled in the mountains and close to the lake, it felt like being in a fairy tale. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could cook easily — they even provide herbs, oil, and salt. I would definitely come back to Chalet am Sonnenhang without a doubt!"

"We enjoyed staying at this resort. We stayed in one of the larger rooms in the main lodge. The place was huge! One bathroom, washer/dryer, two beds, a living room, kitchen and a perfect balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. If you run out of soap, dishwasher pods, want clean towels, or in our case, need more toilet paper, it all costs extra. "Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend "
