A perfect place

The location of the apartment is very nice and the seaview as well as the short way to the beach and waves and to the Golf courses is perfect. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked for next year during our first week!

Amazing stay

We stayed at this beautiful property for one week in August. It had everything we needed for a family. Everything that was described in the listing was authentic. Just be aware there are no elevators to the top floor, in case you have to bring up something heavy.

Golf stay in Praia

Perfect apartment for us, a couple golfers. The apartment on top floor, with sunny balcony after our golf, easy access to pool. Kitchen well equipped, but we did not cook any dinner. Location is very good, the view to the ocean and close golf and the beach, but restaurants and shopping for food is 20min away by car. Very easy to pic-up and drop-of keys.

The perfect apartment

We enjoyed one week in this apartment as a family of 4. It was really spacious, very well equipped. You have a great ocean view from the balcony. The kitchen offers everything you need. The only little negative point was that the mini mercado only opens in the summer months, so we had to drive 15 minutes to a super market. But that was not really important to us. More important was that you can walk easily to the beautiful beach!

Firstly great communication from the owner and letting agent with very clear instructions., which is always reassuring. The apartment is huge! 3 good sized bedrooms and great living area. The welcome pack was amazing and after travelling for many hours was a welcome surprise. The kitchen is well equipped and suited all our needs. You will need a car as supermarkets etc are a drive away. But the apartment comes with underground parking, which is ideal. The pool area was quiet and the pool itself was lovely. The complex was quiet and the sea is only a short walk away. There is a small shop in walking distance. A travel to Obidos is worth it and eat at Jamon JaMon whilst there- an amazing meal out. CV management are worth a mention- my daughter lost one of the pool cards- which they promptly sorted for us- lovely staff and very helpful. Highly recommend this beautiful property!!

A fantastic penthouse apartment

We have been coming to PDR for 29 years as my parents owned a house on the complex. We returned post Covid for a wonderful week with our son and his girlfriend and Eric’s apartment was well positioned , with lovely interiors and in a perfect position to enjoy the area. Eric we hope you’ll have us back next year .

Most enjoyable stay

I was there for 4 weeks, the first 2 with my son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren, aged 10 and 13. In weeks 3 and 4 I was joined by 2 pairs of golfing friends. The apartment was excellent as were the golf courses and surfing. We found a good restaurant in Obidos, 2 in Peniche and 2 in Ferrel. It is the 6th time I’ve stayed at Praia del Rey in various villas and apartments and this one was up to the usual high standard. Mention should also be made of the easy access to wonderful towns like Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha and Tomar. In summary, excellent.

Die Angaben bis zur Identifikation der Wohnung war in der Email nicht gut erklärt - ein unscharfes Fassadenfoto hat außer-„Nr.10“ für das betroffene Haus der gesamten Anlage weitere Bezeichnungen unleserlich gemacht, die Eingangstüren sind ja überall gleich… wir sind länger herum geirrt.Die Verkehrsangaben am ersten Ort vor Praia d’El Rei waren auch verwirrend…erst dort, wo man auf der Strecke nach Ferrel abbiegen muss ist es dann alles klar.Gut wäre auch für den Gast nach Ankunft zu erfahren, wo man in der Nähe einkaufen kann.Super Service war, dass Sie Lebensmittel für uns bereitgestellt haben- vielen herzlichen Dank!Die Baterie eines Garagenöffners war leer…Mülltrennung sollte gleich erklärt werden( verschiedene Tüten)Die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten -wunderbare Lage und alles sehr gut ausgestattet!- wir waren dort sehr zufrieden!Pool sehr gepflegt!

Das Apartement hat eine tolle Lage und der Strand lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Für uns geht es besser nicht!

Alles rund um den Aufenthalt war für uns perfekt! Die Wohnung liegt an einer der am besten gelegenen Stellen in der gesamten Anlage, da nah am Strand und nah am kleinen Shop bzw. an einem Restaurant gelegen. Sie ist selber ganz wunderbar, hell, geräumig, umfassend eingerichtet, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und der Kontakt zu den Verwaltungsmitarbeitern, die sich um alles kümmern, ist hervorragend. Alle nötigen Informationen wurden frühzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt und man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass bei Problemen einem schnell und umfassend geholfen wird. Das Klima an der Küste ist für uns genau richtig gewesen. Mancher mag überrascht sein, dass es durchaus auch einmal kühl werden kann. Es geht immer ein angenehmer bis stärkerer Wind und in der Wohnung ist es ohne Nutzung der vorhandenen Klimaanlagen bestens auszuhalten! Die Lage in Portugal ist fantastisch, man ist schnell in Lissabon und kann rund um das Resort viele wunderschöne Dinge bestaunen (Obidos, Sintra, Peniche, Alcobaca, ...). Der Pool ist wunderbar und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage macht die Sache mehr als rund! Das Ganze ist für uns ein Volltreffer gewesen!!! Vielen Dank an alle Verantwortlichen!!

Schönes, großes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem sehr geräumigen Appartement verbracht. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse auf das Meer sind ganz wunderbar. Die Küche ist sehr groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Als sehr aufmerksam haben wir die kleine Erstaustattung an Lebensmitteln für ein erstes Frühstück empfunden. Die gesamt Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch für Ausflüge wunderbar, man erreicht in max. 1,5 Stunden nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Sintra, Lissabon & Co.

Pleasant stay in Praia Del Rey

Nice location with a very nice view. It was super quiet this time of season with some nice golfing at the Praia Del Rey course. It would have been nice to have additional amenities that we are used to when we first arrive such as water, coffee, breakfast food or something as heading out to another town to get basic supplies after long travels was unexpected. Checking in with Veronica at CV Management was pleasant, she recommended some good restaurants that we enjoyed. The office is about 5 miles on the way to the resort and easy to get to. A detailed guidebook of local attractions, supermarkets, restaurant recommendations, and maybe basic condiments & kitchen supplies would be ever helpful, We left napkins, paper towels, ground coffee, water, hand soap, google driving directions of local attractions & condiments for future guests as none were available when we arrived. A relaxing time with a beautiful beach & property grounds. I wonder if you can pre-order a shopping list of items before our stay. Something for consideration that would be very convenient for future guests.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, ebenso der Platz in der Wohnung. Hier kann man locker mit 6 Personen Urlaub machen, ohne sich auf die Füsse zu treten. Lediglich einige Möbel sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der beheizte Pool und die Lage. Man kann von hier aus viele Ausflüge machen. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell. Nur manches ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden. In Summe hat es uns hier gefallen.
