“The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too.
On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Still, the first impression……

“Staff went out of way to contact me about my arrival to see if I needed help, as well as she allowed us to check in quite early. Room in great condition. Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. ”

“A wonderful stay at Perla Apartments!
The location is perfect, being a mere second from the beach. But the staff are the absolute highlight. They were all phenomenal—incredibly friendly, immensely helpful, and always smiling. Their service is truly exceptional, and I can't speak highly enough of their dedication.”
