"The Lighthouse Carriage House was extremely clean and organized. Dawn made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and more. We loved exploring during the day and coming back to our private beach to relax at night. Having access to the outdoor shower and washer/ dryer was so helpful! Everything in the house was beautiful with updated full kitchen and bathroom. Between the four of us, we slept great on the super comfy bed and pull out coach. The detailed binder with tips of great places to see and restaurants to eat at really helped with making our vacation amazing! Super organized! We also enjoyed the free passes to the Ocean Beach Park Boardwalk. We had a lot of fun family memories at this house and my daughters loved all the amenities and perks. We will be back soon! "
"Clean, spacious property. We were 19 people, half kids and half adults, and the house was ideal. 2 living spaces and a massive dining table that could seat us all comfortably. Only thing we were not expecting is that the pool referenced is at the nearby beach recreation area, and the house comes with entry passes to the beach but there’s an additional fee to use the pool. "

"A very clean and well stocked interior, and a stunning yard, with killer views. The property is set on a quiet street, in a nice neighborhood with plenty of options for dining close by, as well as grocery stores and markets to stock up and food and drink, should you want to stay in. The yard is the main attraction here. You have direct water access, with 4 kayaks on-site with everything you'd need to enjoy a day on the water or at the beach. A quick paddle will get you to the beach, which is the route we took daily. Overall a wonderful and peaceful escape"

"My family really enjoyed the “Harbor House” for my Dad’s 85th birthday dinner! The house was very spacious & comfortable with the 5 BR plus finished basement with game room!
One thing I’d like to recommend to the owner is the ant infestation problem! They really need to professionally spray weekly not just leave a can of Raid…they responded quickly to my complaint on Saturday morning to help us deal with this issue!"
