Right on the beach and close to many amenities. Quiet building - which was very nice! Indoor pool was great on rainy days. Condo could use a thorough cleaning and sliding doors were almost impossible to open. Overall though - my kids had fun and loved the mini-vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation here. Lovely home and beautiful view. Pool was clean and inviting. Washer and dryer were a plus. You enter the condo on the top floor where there is a bedroom with an attached bathroom. To go down to the main area, there are 3 mini flights of stairs to that floor. If you have an elderly person in your group, or someone that is handicapped, it’s a lot for them. Great for families though. Bring a fire stick for the upstairs tv. I would recommend this condo to others!

Great location, poor layout and smell

Great location and views, right on the beach, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and just a short drive to the boardwalk. The condo layout is not elderly friendly nor accommodating to everyday beach items. You walk in on the top floor which consists of just a bedroom w/ bathroom. There is not much room to leave all of your beach items therefore they need to come down the stairs and put in the living room or out on the balcony. It was a pain to bring things up and down daily. Though, there are lockers down by the main entrance of the building, we didn’t feel comfortable using them. There was also an underlying smoke smell. When you come in from outside, it immediately smelt of smoke. Some of the furniture, linens, and pillows smelt of smoke as well. Everything was clean, but there was no way to avoid the smokey smell. Overall, the location and views were perfect, but the condo layout and smell did not work for us.

Nice getaway

We loved the location and the layout of the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean. It was peaceful and easy to get to restaurants and the beach.There was an unexpected fee of 50 that wasn’t in the listing, as the parking fee wasn’t included in the rate. This was a minor inconvenience, but we didn’t understand why it wasn’t included.Overall, our stay was great. We would stay here again.

Noisy vacation

Direct tv went out various times on Sunday and Monday. On Thursday, someone in the building decided to do some noisy pipe work for 4 hours. Not the best time I’ve had in O.C.

Weird layout

The condo is lovely, however, in the description it says there is a bedroom upstairs. I didn’t read that the main entrance to come and go is also upstairs. Of course most of our belongings and food had to be taken downstairs. It was a lot of steps for my 79 year old husband. The door to the front patio would not open, with any amount of our strength. The check-in girl came and opened it with brute force when we first got there, and we kept it cracked open so we could go outside. If I’m paying for an oceanfront view, I want to be able to see it, without fighting the door. Even though the condo was nicely furnished, and clean, I wouldn’t stay there again with all those steps.

The property is very nice , the photo is an accurate representation , it was clean and a great view of the beach/ocean …. There was an issue the first morning with the patio door not opening , but once I reported the problem at the vrbo office in lobby they had someone from maintenance up there to fix it in 15-20 mins , so I was impressed … Not clear to me why parking must be paid in CASH (seems like extra work for you too) , slightly inconvenient , and the 2nd/upper level bed had only one pillow , a little cheesy , so we had to go buy some ……. Overall , nothing that would stop me from staying there again …
