Great location

Our family had a great stay. Very comfortable and convenient location. We enjoyed perfect beach weather and lazy afternoons by the pool! Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off before returning to you condo! Everyone was super friendly and helpful!!

Great location, ok accommodation

The location is excellent. Right on the beach, and having the pool was very nice. Overall, the room left a lot to be desired. the pillows had some stains and were so, so flat. furniture is pretty ragged, and we lost hot water so only 2/4 guests could take showers. Ended up leaving the property a day early. If you end up getting a good deal on this place I would say go for it, but not worth paying top dollar.

The property is immaculate! The pool and patio are well kept. All common areas were cleaned daily. The condo itself was perfect. Great views of the ocean and the bay! The location is good, with bus access to everywhere. Will return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It was nice but..

We loved our place. It was cute, cozy, up to date and had a pretty view of the ocean. Our kids loved the pool and it was very clean and nice! All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly. The only complaints we had were the one bedroom comforter had a stain and smelled like pee, but the sheets didn’t, we didn’t have any hand soap or scissors so after using the bathroom, eating etc we couldn’t wash our hands.. and the WiFi didn’t work. We used the network and password provided and it kept saying it was wrong. Not a huge deal because we didn’t spent much time on the internet anyway, but our 8 and 10 year olds wanted to watch some videos and couldn’t. Other than that we enjoyed our short stay and even with the small issues we had, we’d stay again.

Ok, but not worth what we paid

I'll start with the good parts first. Any staff we encountered were friendly snd helpful. Check in and check out wete through text so that was very easy. The building's pool was nice and you could get directly to the beach from there, it was a very short and safe/easy walk (which is great when you have young children'). The unit also had some puzzles and games which was nice since we didnt bring many toys. Overall i would stay in this building again but likely not this unit. With the exception of the master suite the unit was pretty outdated with dingy/junky furnishings. The kitchen knobs were all wobbly and half off, the freezer handle was taped on and the fridge pooled water all over our food. The container for eggs broke into pieces in my hand because of how much water it absorbed in the fridge. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets with clean dishes, no coffee pot (we used the glass measuring cup though), dirty stuff in with the silverware, the floors turned our feet black within a few hours of being there despite the fact that when we first entered the unit the scent of Fabulouso was over powering. Fabulouso has no antibacterial properties so you get all the germs from the previous guests, i had to buy lysol to clean myself. Dressers smelt so bad i could not store our clothes in them and the beds were so hard even our kids woke up complaining of back pain. Again, building/location fine but this unit was not great, especially for the price.

New years stay 2024

Pictures were exactly of the place, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, view was beautiful management was very pleasant talkative an helpful, also 1 thing to add to check in list so they know the luggage carts are in a closet across from managers office we looked all over for them and off peak season you can park anywhere on premises, enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay!

Condo was clean and amenities were perfect! Nothing to complain about at all. My only recommendation is the place could use a fresh coat of paint and sliding doors to the balcony are extremely hard to open and very noisy. Other than thatt,, 5 atars!!

Perfect location

Having never been to Ocean City we picked a place blind per say. We wanted room for 8 to sleep ... Check. We wanted to be able to walk right onto the ocean .... Check. We wanted to be able to make meals .... Check. We wanted to have easy access to places ... Check. This was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Okay for the weekend

Pros: Location where I wanted to be. Master bath is nicely updated. Easy access with digital codes. It was "pre" season so traffic and parking were easy. Cons: WiFi is slow as molasses. Also, difficulty connecting for some in my group. I just turned it off and used my own data plan. Cleanliness was okay. Mostly clean but swept up some large dust particles and a sauce pack next to the fridge. Other comments: Online pictures show blinds on the sliding doors. There weren't any when we arrived. It would have been nice for privacy to be able to pull drapes or something across those two large openings. Blinds in bedroom also not very private. Master bed is the most firm mattress ever...with very flat pillows.

Very nice condo

For the most part this is great condo. We've stayed (family of 4) in many units in this building. By far the best master bathroom. They've removed the bathroom closet and turned it into more bathroom. Nice details throughout, from the artwork to the handles on the kitchen cabinets. Furniture is nice though the large chair had a broken leg. The flooring is nice. It's an updated unit. I have two complaints that would make me not stay there again. The master bedroom has horrible window shades. They do nothing to keep out light, AT ALL. OC is a very bright town and the nuisance light comes right in at night. And since this is a Southern facing unit the morning sun comes in nice and early. Also the master bed is very loud, squeeky, very hard and not that comfortable. I keep a mattress topper in my grandmother's storage unit in the building for this very purpose. One plus is that the unit came with sheets and towels. Maybe because it was off season. But that is a real nice touch. I'm used to renting during the summer. And the host left a very nice gift of paper plates, napkins(all Thanksgiving themed), a roasting pan and pie pans to help us cook for Thanksgiving. If I knew that the blinds were replaced and the mattress was replaced I'd for sure stay here again.
