Great place to bring in the New Year!

Excellent accommodations, each room had its own bathroom! The place was comfortable and the main living room/kitchen/dining room spacious and well set up! My siblings and their families a,ways get together after Christmas to celebrate Christmas together and ring in the New Year as a family! This was a great place to do it!

Golf trip

The property was in a good location and was perfect for a group of 5 guys. Each of us had our own bedroom and three bedrooms had a private bathroom.

Perfect for a big family

This condo is perfect for a big family. Along with my husband, we had our 3 grown children, their spouses and 2 very young grandchildren. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom space and bathroom . One bathroom had only a tub, so that couple did have to use a shower in a different bathroom but that tub worked great for the little children. Since the condo is long, the bedrooms were separated from the main gathering area. This was nice because no one was disturbed when sleeping. Especially great for the grandchildren, just be sure to bring a baby monitor. The condo is very sound proof! The gathering space and kitchen area is spacious. The refrigerator is a side by side, so bring an extra cooler for drinks if you have a large group. The condo is basically stocked with most kitchen essentials but as other reviews said, there are no provided oven mitts, hot pads or baking sheets. We brought our own with us and were glad that we did. The frying pans are old, non stick and very scratched. I purchased my own frying pans while at the beach and then took them home. The ice maker makes ice but does not dispense properly. And, as other reviews mentioned, there are not enough forks for a big group. We brought our own for the week. The dining table was perfect for our group of 10 and the gathering area was comfortable. The condo seemed clean when we got there. Not sure that the floor had been mopped recently. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach was great- not crowded. The location is good. You can see the ocean from the front balcony. The side windows look at the condos next door. The 3 assigned parking spaces are a bonus! We needed to park one car on the street. We were able to park close to the condo except for the final night when we needed to park street away, but the walk was easy. There are ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms and two in the gathering area. The tv’s worked with basic cable. I would recommend to bring a Firestick for additional tv viewing. We did so and it was especially helpful when we needed to keep the small children entertained. The decor is pleasant and beachy. I think a fresh coat of paint on the walls and trim would work wonders, especially around the front door jam. We loved the keyless entry! It was especially easy for a big group to access the condo without having to worry about a key. We thought the condo was great! Our family had a wonderful vacation! I hope other renters treat it as their own while staying there. We hope to return again!

Beautiful condo close to the beach

We loved this rental. Beautifully decorated and clean. Loved having 4 bathrooms, and it made it easy to get everyone showered after being at the beach all day. Hope to come back next year!

We stayed with 3 couples and overall our time in your condo was very relaxing and comfortable for the 7 of us. Being steps from the beach was such a plus, we would definitely rent this condo again!

St Kitts is perfect. The place is huge! It was a mostly rainy weekend and we didn't mind at all because it's so comfortable and well appointed. Clean and close to everything with a short walk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful spot for our Ocean City vacation

We had a great time in Ocean City and this was a wonderful condo. We were very happy with the accommodations. The house was big enough for our party of 9. The large table, spacious living room and kitchen and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave us all plenty of room. The location was excellent — very short walk to the beach and centrally located by many restaurants and stores. The beach was really nice and not too crowded. Everything worked well in the condo — the AC, washer, dryer, tv and dishwasher. The property owners were very responsive whenever we had questions. The outside balcony was very nice — it would have been good to have a few more chairs (4 were provided). The parking was covered which kept the cars cool. The king bedroom was very nice, lots of space to store things, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. We were extremely happy with this place and would highly recommend it. If you are staying here, would suggest that you bring dish towels, potholders and a wine opener — everything else was provided.

Great time at a beautiful place

Our family spent the week of New Year's at this outstanding condo. We all had a terrific time even though most of the restaurants and fun places in town were closed for the season. This place had everything we needed to stay home and enjoy ourselves with three teenagers and three kids. The condo is more like a penthouse, spacious, beautifully decorated, full of light and windows, less than half a block from the beach. We're already planning to go back during the season.

Family reunion (7 seniors)

The property was quite lovely, exactly as pictured. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the large, open kitchen, living and dining room, and balconies. Conveniently located near the beach and close to many restaurants. The only negative thing I could comment on, is the largest queen size bedroom did not have a standup shower, but rather a large Jacuzzi with a hand held a shower. We look forward to renting this property at our next reunion.

This is a beautiful and very spacious apartment, but lacks basics like toilet paper and essential kitchen supplies (e.g., only five forks, no cutting board, etc.) Be aware that checkout time is early..10AM..and strictly enforced.

Spacious and accommodating for amall group

Overall impression was that the unit was huge, modern (except for tvs) and the bedrooms were nicely laid out for privacy. However, the tvs were small, and only the living room's and one bedroom's tv worked. There was only 2 rolls of tp provided to cover the entire unit, which had 5 bdrms 4 1/2 bathrms.

St. Kitts 101 is absolutely gorgeous . . . the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable . . . the only thing we can recommend would be to have more plates/bowls/silverware . . . there were 12 of us and we did run out of bowls/plates a few times . . . next time we will bring more paper products with us . . . Other than that, no complaints whatsoever!!!

The only ocean view is from a balcony that seats 4 people. Had a nice dining table that sat 10 but kitchen very poorly stocked. TV very small for large living room and the place needs a coat of paint. Kitchen had 6 forks and 1 larger fork, no hot pads, no kitchen towel, no baking sheets, no cutting board and the tiniest microwave. We called Vasca and asked for forks (we had brought steaks) and baking sheet and cutting board. Received noting. Why have a management company if they don’t accommodate your guests.

WHEN I PAY TOP DOLLAR I EXPECT TOP QUALITY SERVICE!!!

A new dishwasher was installed on Saturday(7/22). We attempted to wash a load on Sunday(7/23) & discovered it had not been connected to the water or secured under the counter. A lengthy call for service on Monday to # you provided; another call on Tuesday & a third and 4th call Wed. A repairman arrived Wed. Four days washing dishes by hand on my vacation!!! In addtion the toilet in #2 Bathrm ran constantly. We have stayed @ other units @ St Kitts as well as comparable accommodations in OC and never experienced this level of incompetence.

101 St Kitts

The condo was very nice. We loved the layout as it accommodated 10 of us comfortably. Our stay was negatively impacted by some serious maintenance issues that I reported but were never addressed by the local Ocean City Vacasa maintenance team. Our dryer had no heat, only cold air which pretty much made it useless. Having a washer and dryer is something I always require in a beach rental. On this vacation we couldn't get laundry to dry in a cold air only dryer. So everyone went home with piles of dirty laundry. One of the bathtub drains was clogged. Water stood in the tub after showering. After repeated calls with no response from maintenance, we managed to pull a big clump of hair out if the drain and got it working. The dishwasher didn't fully drain leaving dirty gross water in the bottom. We ended up hand washing dishes. Not what you want to do in a high end vacation rental. The hot water faucet in the master tub is stripped. I turned it on and couldn't get it to turn off. Luckily we were able to get it to turn off by pushing down on the faucet while turning. The toilet in one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell. Probably a cleaning issue. So no, our experience wasn't positive. I realize things break and problems happen but Vacasa's failure to call or send maintenance after multiple calls to the number I was given at check in is absolutely inexcusable. Your local customer service during our stay was nonexistent

Spacious attractive home with beautiful ocean view

Loved the ocean view from the balcony! Great home for our large group with four generations ranging from 7 months to almost 90 years old. Safe, short walk to the beach (2nd building to ocean). Frustrating experience with vacasa's lack of follow through.
