Convenient building with lots of amenities

The Carousel is a great place to stay. This unit is very roomy. We had some issues, especially with the A/C but the company representing the owners were very responsive.

Great time anyway

Location and amenities were great. The unit set up was ok but no kitchen island and no Peninsula. Only seating area was a table for six. Kind of strange since it sleeps twelve. The air conditioning was a problem. In order to have any a/c in third bedroom and entry den area you had to freeze in the front part of condo. At one point it was 90 degrees in third bedroom. We should have guess there was a problem when we checked in and there were four box fans in the closet. I would not rent this unit again without a guarantee that the a/c was fixed and there was more seating for meals. It would be hard not to have a good time on OC regardless of the Accommodations. Sun, sand, ocean, food, good friends and family.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This property is very dated and was very dirty when we arrived. Ceiling fans caked with dirt, paint just thrown on the walls, hair and dirt in medicine cabinets. Half of the amenities did not work properly. Not sure how it even passes inspection when the electrical outlets are falling out of the wall and the faucets on the tub are broken & rusty. A plastic tea jug was placed underneath the drain pipes in the master bathroom to catch the leaks. We were VERY disappointed in this condo and the service that went with it as I reached out to VRBO, Seaside Vacations and the property owner and no response. For the price you pay, it is DEFINITELY not worth it, do NOT waste your money!
