Location is great! Grocery store around the corner, right where you need to be location wise but down the road enough that it’s quiet. Pool on site. Washer and dryer was a major plus for us.

The pool, washer and dryer, and dishwasher were definitely appreciated during our stay. Some small nuances such as a loose toilet seat, hard to close doors, and figuring out the keypad were minor inconveniences but could definitely be fixed for future renters. Overall, the place served its purpose and no major complaints.

This is Bob Bauer. I rented Windward Landing S 2E the week of July 4th. These are all of the problems I had with the unit. 1. No Air Conditioning 2.Stove top was so dirty I had to use a razor blade to scrape of the burnt on food so I could make breakfast. 3.I sent you pictures of the ceiling fan and outside deck that needed cleaning. 4.I forgot to mention the place has ants running around in the kitchen.

Very quiet and clean

Overall this was an excellent place to stay. Pros - nice location, loved having a private balcony that looked at the pool and water. Property manager extremely nice. The air-conditioned had a problem and she came over personally and looked at it and had some right over to fix it. The place itself was very clean. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and had no problem fitting everyone. Cons. It is need of some updates. The windows done open, so when the air-conditioning went we had no air in the kids room. The door to the balcony in the master bedroom is old and hard to open. The shower in the master bedroom is on the smaller side. Overall it is a great place and I highly recommend it.

Accommodated our family but the condo needs some help !! Hallway floor has a hole underneath vinyl which becomes a tripping hazard.The amount of ANTS in kitchen and living room was insane.Had to buy traps which seemed to work by day 2. Could use some utensils like a can opener a knife (besides a butter knife) Bath room sink in (hall) stopper does not work. Last but not least the walk to beach is a little far with the children and belongings (take a wagon).All in All the problems did not ruin our time!!!

Great time

We enjoyed the condo overall. The size, decor and neighborhood was great. We did not feel the cleaning service was good. The dishwasher was full, floors were not thoroughly cleaned, under the beds look like they haven’t been cleaned in an extremely long time. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a major issue but we were surprised as we paid a lot of money for only three nights and expected the cleaning service to be more thorough then that.
