Nice place

This place was very accommodating. Walking distance to our favorite locations. Accessibility and parking was great. Just one little issue, the mattress on the queen size bed upstairs was extremely hard. Other than that it worked out great for our family. We will definitely be back.

Awesome Week in OCMD

It's been about 10 years since i've been down to ocean city but staying here was great. I personally loved the convenience of having a wawa and cvs in the back yard. The only downside is, that the boardwalk is a drive. Not a knock on the location but just something to be aware of. Also, the beach walk is a little long but manageable. Overall, the pool is great. Some small complaints, is that you have to walk through the parking lot to get in and out and it could be a little rough on the bare feet if you are walking without shoes. It isn't the largest pool but our kids had a great time. The outside decks are great. Especially the lower level since it is has a fan and it is very cool. Check in/out was very painless Our family would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, not that great this time around. Sticky remotes, stinky sofa, bathrooms smelled like urine and dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes. Beds were very uncomfortable and noisy.

Great rental house

Overall the experience was excellent. At first it was a concern as we got called the day of to be informed that the original house was not going to be available, but they had a resolution for us that worked out very well. As for the replacement unit, it was very well maintained, clean and in a good location to the beach and other amenities. I would recommend this unit to anyone who has a large group as the townhouse was very spacious and teh walk to the beach was not bad at all. The unit also has access to a pool that is a good size and never felt over crowded.

Nice location, but not well aged

The location of the property was great and we loved having a pool for the kids, but the property is really showing it’s age. It looks like not much has been done since the pictures were taken. The carpets are dirty (stained) as well as the couches. The crack in the mirror was fixed with tape. Unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We even did some cleaning upon arrival, as it was dusty and dirty.

Wonderful home!!

We never rented a home before. This was absolutely perfect for our family stay. It's close to the beach, maybe a couple blocks. Wawa and cvs are literally in your backyard. You don't even hear the traffic. Everything was super clean and the only issue we saw was the garbage disposal wasn't working. The showers were nice and kitchen was great! The upstairs bedroom tvs need to be updated... That's literally the only thing I could even say if I could complain. The vacasa rental staff were amazing, and full of information! We had such a great week and we will be back to rent again for sure!
