Great location, clean, nostalgic

This was a decent place to stay with family for a long weekend. Would be good for a young family for a week stay. Clean and fairly well stocked. Wonderful location and deck and ocean view. I was not told to get key at Vacasa office on 64th street. I had to call tcallfigutefigure

Overall good cono. Nicely decorated. Needs improvement in upstairs bathroom vent was dropping something into tub. Indoor pool not warm enough to swim

Comfortable!

The unit was great, no complaints. However the beach/service elevator is the only was from the floors to the ground level without stairs. There is only one and it was very close when everything has beach gear heading to the beach and drying checkin/check out times.

Weekend getaway for a teenagers bday

Overall the layout of the unit worked very well having 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We were able to separate ourselves yet be together. There was a cute "tiki" bar style restaurant next door. Parking was never a problem. We walked straight out to the beach and took advantage of beach rental equipment. Navigating our luggage thru the beach entry elevator was a bit of a challenge and difficult to find at night. The night staff was extremely helpful and polite. The main lobby was beautiful and the office staff was very friendly. We did have to drive to restaurants/shopping but I highly recommend using OC Bus service. This particular unit was very affordable and I would recommend to others

Vacation OC

The property looked better in person than the photos provided. It was clean and in good repair. We have stayed in this building several times over the past 25 years. We were glad to see improvements that were made to the building such as new elevators and pool area upgrades. The lock box was jammed and a local Vacasa employee came to fix it. That was the only issue we had.

The room was just okay, the decor was very cute and made the stay. But generally the room is old and is in need of a deep cleaning and repairs. The beds are very bad and need replaced. The room did have everything, and was as clean as it could be. We stayed in several units in this location, this was not our best stay.

No WiFi and need Updating

Owners haven’t paid their internet bill so unit had no WiFi. Beautiful ocean front view but unit itself is outdated and has visible wear and tear - linoleum in kitchen was partially torn and sections of the walls had damage.

Not Ready to Rent

Our unit was in poor condition. Holes in walls, ripped wallpaper, holes in floor tiles, non-stick cookware sticking(!), missing toilet paper holder in 1 bathroom, dryer only works on one setting, only 1 channel on TV (building problem?) missing supplies that were suppose to be included we had to ask for a few times, sliding glass door on lower level does not close all the way

Needs Updating

The view of the beach was nice but the condo needs a lot of renovations. Just to name a few: the wallpaper was peeling off and smelled of cigarette smoke; there were holes in the wall and kitchen floor, the carpet was stained, the toilet paper holder was broken in the downstairs bathroom (which is an easy thing to fix); the kitchen appliances worked ok but were old and slow; the blinds in the bedrooms barely blocked out the lights from the parking lot and street. The most disappointing part though was not having internet connection. We tried resetting the router many times and it wouldn’t stay connected so we didn’t have internet the entire time we were there. Overall, it was a place to sleep that was beach front but I don’t think we will have a return visit.

Great views and locations!

Beautiful views of the ocean and bay! Unique 2 level floor plan. Super convenient location, lots to walk to. Could use some updating and a deep carpet clean, but otherwise this condo was wonderful.

The balcony view and beach access were amazing! Condo was very quiet and clean. Could use some updating but had everything we needed, even fans!!
