The property was not very clean bedspread and shams smells if cologne from previous, dust on sills,

Easy to rent. Cleaning not so much. Maybe the wiping of frequently touched items the patio door was filthy, dead bugs on patio ceiling. Plumbing very poor drained very slow in shower and sink. We didn't use the dishwasher. View and proximity to the beach fabulous. Outdated TV. Unable to cast from our phones. Upstairs tenants very loud all hours of day and night. They were pretty much the only neighbors we had. Most of the units were empty.

Great ocean view

It’s great for couples and if you have small children with you. We enjoyed the great view of the ocean from the balcony, the full equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. My only issue was the bed could have been more comfortable. The couch and the futon are ok. I would recommend it to a friend.

Great for couples - NOT a good place for families

We were threatened to be evicted because our children were “too loud.” When I made the reservation nearly 6 months in advance, all the ages of my children were listed. Our third day i receive a phone call that someone had been calling and complaining and also lying about times they were “too loud”. My kids don’t wake up until at least 730 but it was claimed that they were up being loud at 6am. The owners of the property demanded an inspection (which was fine, just irritating that it was even necessary) and after they came and saw that everything was perfectly fine, we stopped getting the calls. But we WERE told during this inspection that this unfortunately happens to a lot of families who stay there from out of town, because the owners are location biased. It was a cute place, right on the beach, beautiful views and a great location. But do not I repeat do NOT stay there if you have more than one child with you. they will make you feel like a bad parent, just because your kids are excited about being on vacation and get a little loud when they play sometimes.

Escape to Escape 10

The condo is a studio so no actual bedroom. The two of us were perfect for it. Don’t know if I would be comfortable with more than 3 due to the size. Great view of the beach and easy access.

Pay attention the the details

We had a great time! This location was beautiful! The condo was nice although, it needed a little spring cleaning. Curtains and dust ruffle could’ve used a wash and maybe a few upgrades here and there. Also the first morning when we went to make coffee the old grounds were still in there along with a bunch of mold! Other than those minor details the condo was lovely and we would definitely stay again!

Just the right size for couples. View was awesome and we were so close to the ocean. Definitely will rent again. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance.

The property was very well cared for. The condo was very clean & had plenty of space for my husband & me. We loved being right on the beach & being able to hear the ocean from our room. Having to check in & out at a separate location is a pain.
