This condo is on the second floor, and the building has an elevator. You'll also get two parking spots. Sunset Pointe is in one of the best parts of town for restaurants, bars, mini-golf, watercraft rentals, etc. You are in walking distance to great Ocean City hotspots such as Seacrets, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Dead Freddie's, Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and more! This is the perfect condo for the perfect Ocean City vacation! *This property allows 2-night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend. *

*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $135.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
