Oceanfront 2 Bedrm, 2 Bath Condo in Atlantis on Coastal Highway at 103rd St, Ocean City, MD with oceanfront pool and elevator. Updated 2016 with new hardwood floors on living/dining areas and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Large balcony facing ocean. Granite and stainless steel in kitchen. Master bedroom, with a Queen Bed and a Full Bed, facing Oceanfront. 2nd Bedrm with new double size bunk beds. 2nd Bath new with double shower and all new ceramic tile and new vanity.
New Central Air Conditioning installed in 2019.

This was a fabulous stay and the price was reasonable. A little trouble with some outlets not working but that is sometimes too be expected. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. I would happily stay here again with teenagers.

Property could use some updates. No restaurants within walking distance. Pool area looked very nice although we didn’t get to use it because of bad weather. Easy access to beach. Door to our condo was very hard unlock. Once we got in, we didn’t close door all the way for fear of not getting back in. Thank goodness there was an outer door. I called owner and was told, “Oh yeah that happens. It sticks.” A neighbor who lives there was able to get it open for us.

Nice place to stay near the beach

I loved the location, close to the highlights of Ocean City, restaurants, and stores. The easy beach access and beautiful pool made the trip even better. I really liked the screened in balcony with the great view . All in all, a great place for a vacation.

Great condo

Had a wonderful stay in this condo. It had everything we needed and it was nice to be so close to the beach. Beach view was great and we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the enclosed balcony. Parking was a breeze, never had an issue finding a spot.

Wonderful stay

This condo was everything I wanted! Exactly as advertised. Very clean. Check in was very simple. Location was amazing. I had to leave early for a family emergency so my vacation was cut short but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my family. We will definitely be booking with David again. Great host and good communication

Softball Tournament

This was a perfect place for us to vacation and have our child participate in the softball tournament in Salisbury. Condo Location was central. It was easy to walk to where we needed to go at the beach. Direct Ocean view was beautiful from every room. Easy access to pool and beach. It had everything we needed! Thank you David!

When we arrived we tried to open the door and the lock was messed up the neighbor came over and told us the last tenant had the same problem so it must’ve been an ongoing thing and not fixed once we got in there was sand all over the floor and on the couch we called the landlord right away and told him the issues with the place and he did nothing for us!!!

Updates Needed

We enjoyed our stay, however, this is a very tired apartment in need of some modernization. Elec outlets are falling off the wall in master bedroom and are dangerous; quite a few of them don't work. Second bedroom is only an extremely small space with bed...not really a second bedroom. Great landlord, but would have preferred a cleaner and more modern condo.

Needs some general maintenance

This property was updated as described in all the major areas (kitchen, hallway bathroom, main area floors), but needs general maintenance to make the property really shine. The vent in the smaller bedroom fell out unprompted (we discovered it was being held in by masking tape), the bathtub faucet in the master comes out of the wall when you try to put it in shower mode, the microwave isn't properly anchored to the wall, the mattresses in the pullout is all old coils a d horribly uncomfortable. All of these things (and a couple more) have been reported directly to the owner. Once those items are fixed, we would definitely consider staying here again. Location was great (we could see fireworks right from the balcony!), right on the beach, nice pool, easy check in process.

Great location and property, but not clean at all

Definitely 5/5 on the property itself. Beautiful place and exactly like it was in the pictures and perfect location. But 1/5 on the cleanliness. Spent the first few hours cleaning and sanitizing everything because how filthy the whole place was. Leftover toothpaste in the sink from previous renters, hair and sand in the shower. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs all over the kitchen and balcony table and mats. You could tell the bed headboards, nightstand, and dresser hasn’t been touched in a while because our cleaning rag was covered in dust/dirt after one swipe.
