Sweet little spot

The space was set up perfectly. It was so clean and comfortable. The boardwalk view was great and everyone we ran into was so friendly. Definitely would stay here again. The owners answered questions we had almost immediately. Very smooth and well run place.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit. The check in process was easy, the unit was clean and everything was where it was supposed to be and the location is perfect. We would definitely like to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The place was very clean and very spacious. The views of the sunrise/sunset were out of this world. We would definetely stay again.

Swan Song visit for our elderly Mom

My brother and I brought our Mom here, as a reminder of all the summers that we visited Ocean City during years past, when we had a place over on the bayside. But our place was nothing like this rental. This one had huge, comfy beds, top notch furnishings, a modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a stunning view from the balcony. An amazing find that couples immediate proximity to the beach with tremendous privacy. Who knows? If she's still with us on the summer, we just may return.

Family vacation

The place is nice convenient to all eating places, next to the boardwalk, and entertainment. Just a minor reminder , the door and blind on the veranda need to be fixed . Also, there are no grub bars in the bathroom. Overall,, it is a beautiful place and I would recommend it to my friends.

Perfectly nice stay by the OC boardwalk

Property is centrally located to the OC boardwalk and was clean and well organized when we arrived. The boardwalk and passers-by in the condo can be loud so be careful where you sleep if you're a light sleeper. We had some problems with other tenants using our spot/boxing us in in the garage, fortunately the on duty officer was pretty responsive.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place! The boardwalk being below us gave us entertainment (karaoke) before we walked down ourselves. With the balcony doors shut, you couldn’t hear anything either. The rooftop pool was perfect for those of us that didn’t want the sand. Our host responded within 15 minutes of a question I had. The cleanliness was impeccable! The OC market was on our street for last minute needs. We will be coming back next year. This place was perfect!

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was spacious and our family was able to comfortably fit (9 guests, adults and teens). The view of the beach was beautiful. In the evening our family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the action on the boardwalk. One night we were able to watch karaoke. The parking was very tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. The owners were quick to respond when we emailed about a few issues with the unit (screen door was falling off the track). Overall my family loved the condo and we would definitely consider staying there again.

overpriced and needs improvements

Property location was wonderful, master bedroom was huge and amazing views. Aside from this we think the rental was way overpriced for outdated furniture and cleanliness. Bedroom lamps were very dim needs more lighting in bedrooms. Towel bar in guest bathroom fell off. Some pillows were stained. All the chairs and cushions were gross and some sticky so we had to put our own covers to sit on them. Patio chair pillow had bird poop on it we sat on our beach chairs the entire stay. Overall we enjoyed the wonderful location and balcony view but for the price and inconvenience due to dirty furniture we would not come back next year.

Very, very CLEAN unit & great communication with host. We appreciated that we didn’t have to drive to go to the Boardwalk or beach - only to get groceries or go to a nearby restaurant. Would definitely recommend if this is what you’re looking for! As with any downtown unit, open sliding doors will allow for a noisier environment (the noise cancelling doors worked great! if you’re looking for A quieter atmosphere, I’d suggest looking for places further up Coastal Highway. This was our first time so close to the Boardwalk, and the kids really enjoyed the proximity!

The view was amazing. Third floor, boardwalk affords great viewing of the water and people as well. There are a couple of suggestions… there are no grab bars in the bathrooms… I would have thought they were necessary by code. They would be helpful as one of our guests had mobility issues… having one chair at least that reclines would be a plus. Otherwise, it was just what we needed for a relaxing week.

We gather our family at the beach, from toddler to elderly, and this condo was perfect for all! Location is the best for the beach, boardwalk and activities/food. The noise reduction doors helped a lot - no complaints at all!

Fantastic Stay in Ocean City, MD

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! The unit was spacious, well appointed, and immaculately clean. This was our first visit to Ocean City and we came to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday along with five of her friends and they had a blast. The unit accommodated the girls and us more than comfortably. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach and right on the boardwalk. Our girls had fun and we felt very safe when they went out to explore the boardwalk on their own. This unit and location is the perfect spot for a fabulous family get away! I can't wait to go back!
