Whether you're looking to spend a day at the beach or explore the vibrant local scene (the condo is a block from the OC bus line which runs from the Inlet to Fenwick Island DE), this property offers the perfect base for your Ocean City adventures. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season. Guests must supply sheets, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Note this owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. A charcoal grill is located beach side under the deck, but may only be used in the common area between the unit and the beach. It cannot be used on the deck or anywhere on the actual building. Charcoal is not supplied.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
