Perfect beach location!

This townhouse was in the perfect beach location, and had amazing views from both decks. Super easy access directly out the back to the beach. We went in the fall when dogs were permitted on the beach and our dog (who has never been on vacation with us) LOVED it! We did have wi-fi and tv issues that were unresolved during our stay. The house and area were very quiet during our visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Perfect family and pet getaway

Excellent location and thoughtful beach provisions (chairs etc) outdoor shower. Plentiful dishes glasses etc. deck furniture very comfortable. Only minus - need central air condition. Wall ac units too noisy.

We will always book the 2nd week of September. We had perfect weather, no crowds to bother with even though it was bike week, the beach front was almost empty, we could set up anytime and anywhere on the beach. There is plenty of street parking for additional vehicles. The parking space allotment is supposed to be for 2 vehicles but we had two F150's and there was no way we could park both trucks in the spaces. Although dogs are not permitted on the beach until October 1st we were able to sneak him out there during odd hours such as first thing in the morning or late at night. The small sand yard is adequate for a dog to be able to walk around while outside and yet fenced in. We would definitely book there again. Lovely views and excellent location.

Property location was great, quiet area. It had amazing views. House is great, very unique. House is pet friendly, and because of that, many pets have had accidents in the carpeted areas and the smell of urine is very pungent in sleeping areas. Carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. That is the only complaint about the house, everything else was amazing.

Not worth it

Lovely view but not comfortable. Air conditioner units made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. Everything else was very mediocre. Unit was very dark. Even the balcony (the best thing at this property) was not furnished for best use. We left early because it was so hard to sleep and enjoy the space.

Amazing, Somewhat Dated, Place in North OC

We loved our stay here, the beach view and deck are basically unbeatable. The small backyard was perfect for our dogs to do their business, and is steps from the beach. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for a vacation home. Plenty of silverware, and some spices to get you started. Of course, north OC is a great location in general, but the short walk to food, activities and shopping from this place is particularly well-suited for vacation stays. The only issue we ran into is that the place, like many in OC, is fairly dated in its look and feel. There is no central air, and the wall units are loud, but work well. With some modernizing, this place would be basically perfect.

Incredible beach acres and view.

Loved the proximity and access to the beach. Saw pods of dolphins and heard the surf all day and night. Warning: the steps to both floors inside the unit were really difficult, open steps, some were a bit wonky and difficult to negotiate for the older set and those with knee issues.
