Awesome place to stay !

We booked a family vacation and had 2 other units at seal beach. This place was amazing … very clean and modern ! Would come back in a heart beat. I’ve stayed in the traditional 1 floor condo and I don’t think I’ll ever do it again. The house aspect of this place makes it have that “home” feeling. The deck is extra big for hanging out The breeze way underneath to store beach items without having to take them into the condo is such a priceless addition to this place. Only thing missing is the pool aspect but it still an incredible place to stay, highly highly recommend!

Awesome beach condo! Ocean front, so it was a convenient walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for our extended family. Perfect location! We were able to walk most places.

Beautiful home

It is obvious that the owners of this property care about providing a great vacation experience for their guests! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was updated and had a great flow. The decks were beautifully furnished and the sliding door was easy to operate (so many beach properties have difficult sliders!). The large dining table was perfect for our crew of 7. All bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and included ceiling fans! While the bathrooms were not yet updated, they were completely functional and clean! We've stayed in other Seal Beach properties, but this one will be a return spot for us!

Clean, updated and well-appointed

The living space wasn't huge, but it was enough for the six of us to hang out together in the living room without squeezing too much. All three bedrooms were larger than expected with plenty of room. The outdoor furniture--tables on two levels, lots of chairs on all levels and a great outdoor lounge chair were a bonus. There was also an outdoor shower and outdoor storage closet with space to store chairs and such. Very convenient for direct access to the beach without having to drag everything inside each night. The wifi was strong and worked in all areas of the condo.

Great location right on the beach and mid-town OC. Good size for 2 families. Kids loved the bunk room. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, blender.
