This was a comfortable place to stay and worked really well for our small Girl Scout group. The bunk beds were especially helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, the highway was easy to access, and we loved sitting on the deck and watching the water across the street. We also appreciated the starter supply of toilet paper and travel-size toiletries.Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues. The shower curtains had visible mold. We contacted management on Sunday and were told a caretaker would replace them, but no one came. On our departure day, we also discovered mold inside the dishwasher. Had we found it earlier, we would not have been comfortable eating off dishes washed in it.We primarily entered through the garage, but there was no garage door opener, which was inconvenient. There were also no extra blankets; even a throw for the couch would have been appreciated. The floors were a little gritty, though that's understandable at the beach.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the mold and lack of follow-through were disappointing.
