Not perfect, but worth your time

The other reviews here have all said what I could say. The furniture, flooring, cabinets, etc were not in great shape. However, if you go into your trip knowing that, it lessens the disappointment there. However, the condo was clean and the location would be hard to beat. The view is great and the two bedrooms is a game changer for those with kids. The building itself is fantastic. A little dated, but it offers a lot more for your money with the pools, tiki bar, arcade, and ice cream shop. This place has a real resort "vibe." Great for families.

Family Vacation

The location is great and there a lot of great amenities in the building for families. We especially liked the outside pool, baby pool, and tennis courts. Perfect beach access. I liked that the room is all one level, but there were some things lacking from the room. It’s not very friendly for a crawling one year old - the floor has a lot of loose floorboards and was dirty. The bath and kitchen are very outdated. Many of the dishes were also dirty and I had to clean them before using. Also, there was only one piece of artwork hung up on the wall and it was in the bathroom, which I found odd.

Needs Updated!

Flooring was coming up all over, appliances very dated, bathrooms very dated and small, only had a washer when washer/dryer was advertised. It may have been an all in one but we weren't able to figure it out and Vacasa was no help when questioned. There was a cordless Dyson, but no charger that we could find which made it very hard to clean up after ourselves. Many of the privacy blinds were broken making it easy for people to see in at night into the bedrooms. I would not stay at this condo again unless some serious upgrades were made.
