A nice getaway

My wife and I stayed here with our pup. Nice, clean and relatively quiet. The floor mats in the bathroom need to be cleaned and/or replaced, and the couches in the living room are due for a cleaning/upgrade, but nothing was unacceptable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a simple getaway.

The owner definitely needs to invest in some upgrades!! Once made it would be a great place to stay based on location. Nice pool on rooftop. Great view of the sunsets.

Elevator code

We could not figure out the code to operate the elevator, so we humped 2 flights of stairs all weekend long. Also the smoke/fire alarm sounded momentarily at 1:55 am on Sunday for no apparent reason.

Great location. Great building /home

The place is situated on 85th st. Very quick walk to the beach and located near a lot of places you can walk to. My dog loved hanging out on the balcony. The whole building seems to be pet friendly as there were a lot of dog neighbors. I loved being able to check in and out without going somewhere and using no keys all week.
