The location and communication with the property owner was absolutely top notch!! It’s a well maintained property. My only complaint would be that the place seemed like it only had a quick clean over before our stay. Like candy rappers in couch and under coffee table, lots of mildew in the showers. Over all it is as a nice little place!!

The condo itself was nice. It appears they were in the process of updating during our stay. The balcony view was nice and it was a short walk to beach. The only negative was there was no assigned parking. It was difficult to find a parking spot after coming back from the boardwalk at night.

Dorothy from Seaside Vacations was fabulous and super helpful! This condo is a quick walk to the beach and a great location overall for restaurants, activities, etc. Having a pool was also a great bonus. Would have given 5 stars, however it was apparent that renovations were ongoing at this condo and the granite counter tops resting behind the couch and cabinet sitting on top of the fridge (not secured to the wall) were concerns with children present. Otherwise, a nice week and would consider returning.

The property was clean, newer, and very comfortable. We had four children with us and the extra bathroom made it convenient for all of us. There is a washer and dryer in the main room and came in handy for our stay. The walls are thick so you do not hear much noise from the outside or in joining rooms. I loved how easy it was to speak to the property manager and how quick and efficient it was to check in and check out. There were a pile of dvds that the kids watched. Great location, easy boat access, next door to Seacrets which is where my husband’s band plays so he was able to easily walk back and forth in between sets. I love this place and will be returning!

Overall great stay we loved the aesthetic of the rental. Being on the bay was beautiful. Having a pool is a must for us! Great communication with property management we had issues checking in with the cleanliness of the rental they sent the next day a cleaner. Place could use a deep clean all fans and baseboard were dirty. We had an issue with lots of sand in the dryer we couldn’t get resolved. They were able to get us a broom and dust pan. Also had to give us a plug for the bathtub. If you have light sleepers being next to seascrets could be an issue. You could hear the music faintly every night luckily we had brought our sound machine so it wasn’t a major issue for us. All of the beds were so comfortable! Having the linen package available was a great addition. Overall we enjoyed our stay! This was my fourth stay in OC and our best rental yet!

We liked the neighborhood & location of the property. At first glance it was clean but then realized a tampon was in the trash can, sand coins & dirt in the beds, siety stove & floor. Also the “queen” bed was actually a full size and was broke. The bar going across the frame underneath had come apart so I had to pull the bed apart after a horrible night’s sleep and fix it. When doing so, I noticed underneath the bed was very dirty; water bottle, cigarette butt & trash. The bathrooms were not clean; dirty toilets & shower. There was no vacuum for cleaning so I could only use a broom & dust pan. I was disappointed but we made the best of it.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location/price was fantastic. We did notice that it wasn't clean at all. Given what we are currently going through, I think it would be wise to focus on thorough cleaning procedures. Overall, I would rate it 4/5 stars.
