“Good location. Front desk girls were nice. Everything else, not good. Ant invasion in bed at night (we had no food in room). Heater set off fire alarm. 1 small bathroom mirror. No coffee pot in room. Spotty Wi-Fi. Maybe 15 tv channels with bad reception, not a smart tv. Unwilling to refund us for our 2 last nights we wanted to checkout early, even with 24hr notice. Housekeeping friendly, but entered room with us inside. Extremely overpriced.”

“Staff was nice. Great water pressure and hot water. Bathroom was tiny, but had a window for ventilation. A/C worked okay. The whole motel just needs updated mainly. For what it is, it is okay due to location mainly, however I’ve stayed at nicer/cleaner places for the same price. We had an oceanfront room. Our hotel room lock didn’t work on arrival, so we had to wait on staff to fix that-but it was fixed. I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again though to be honest.”

“Avoid the Dunes Court at all costs I've stayed in plenty of rough places, and the Dunes Court is the worst of them. The cockroaches don't hide in corners. They roam the walls as if they're the ones paying for the room. The heat doesn't work. Instead of fixing it or moving us, they handed us a tiny space heater that smells like formaldehyde. There's no hot water either. My wife ended up on her knees rinsing her hair in freezing water from the tub faucet, and she went more than two days without……
