Bethany Bay Condo with 2BR 2BA on the 2nd floor with Spectacular Bay Views.

Enjoy the many amenities that Bethany Bay Resort Community has to offer from the 9-hole golf course (additional fee), basketball and tennis courts, nature trails, playground and of course the refreshing pool and hot tub. Kayak/Boat launch ramp located a block away. Family friendly neighborhood with lots of activities.

6 guest passes for community pool included in your rental fee. There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No pets and No smoking.

Sheets not included but rental options available. Comforter, pillows, towels and washcloths are included.

New for 2025, all new mattresses and queen adjustable bed added! Main bedroom has King bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Pull-out full-size couch bed and air mattresses also available.

Had a wonderful stay with our daughter, son-in-law and grand-children. The condo was nicely appointed and in a good location just a few minutes from the beach and other points of interest. We used the pool and playground which are just a short walk across the street from the building. Will stay again!

Wonderful place to stay for our family. I was very impressed at how clean and welcoming this condo was. Also, the owner was very detailed and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy condo. Well done.

Everything was very clean and orderly in the condo. It’s in a very nice quiet community. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Very family friendly and nice people around this community. Great location and close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Great End of Summer Family Vacation

A perfect end to summer for 4 nights, weather was perfect & the apartment was ideal for going to beach. The facilities are first class both at the apartment and on site. We love Bethany Bay and the surrounding area as there is so much to do with restaurant's and many outdoor activities. We hope to be back soon

My family and I had a great time. The condo was very nice with a quiet location, but close enough to the beach. Matt was very responsive to my questions and proactively checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Very clean and well stocked. Great location with 9 hole course able to walk/play 9 holes. Nice pool. Owner was very helpful and great comminication regarding arrival and anything we needed. Didnt realize until a few days before that linens arent normally provided, but the owner took care of issue for us.

Enjoyed a short vacation with family

Host provided detailed information well ahead of time that allowed us to pack well and make it easy to stay at their place. The condo was lovely, decorated nicely, appliances clean and fully functioning. Everything was as expected and the communications with host was well above expectations. Thank You! PS. If you don't see the washer & dryer right away, it's tucked behind folding doors in the kitchen area.
