Nice Home, But No A/C Made It Uncomfortable

The house itself was clean and well-located, but the central A/C was broken for our entire stay. It was stuffy and uncomfortable inside, and the host’s refund offer didn’t reflect the impact. Disappointing experience for the price paid.

Beautiful stay!

The house was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. The home was much more spacious than I expected. Plenty of room for 4-5 people to sit/stand (4 stools) around the eat-in peninsula countertop. The 'twin' room off the kitchen I thought would be the smallest bedroom but it had a full size bed and a huge amount of extra space, walk in closet, attached full bath w/ tub and shower. Bedrooms upstairs were spacious with two sharing a full bath and the master having dedicated bath with tub and shower. Overall exceeded our expectations, would definitely recommend for families/groups. Plenty of personal space/bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Living room is well laid out, comfy shared space. Huge garage with Pacman arcade game was a bonus! Great in and out space for storing our fishing gear and beach stuff. Parking is not assigned but we didn't have any problems finding spots nearest our unit every day.
