Nice House
The house was a good size for us. We had five adults and four children. The kitchen was well equipped, and we made several meals and ate in. The screened in porch was nice, but could use new cushions on furniture. We had two parking spots.
Other properties I’ve rented, you did not have to go pick up keys at a different location, rather a self check/in.
I feel the listing should be changed to not show pool as an amenity but listed as a pool for use with a fee. One reason we booked this house was for the grandchildren to go swimming. What we did not realize it would cost $50 a person for use of pool. With 8 people, we did not plan on spending that much, so grandchildren were very disappointed they could not swim. I had asked if we could get passed for one day, but no one responded, so I assume the answer is no. That is the only reason I would not rebook for next year.

Short stay at the beach
House fit our needs very well. This was a couple of days but enjoyed the house and location. Sun rise on Friday morning at the beach was great almost had the beach to ourselves. Would recommend this listing to others. Did not do much cooking but look around the kitchen seems like everything needed was there.
