Clean and Well Appointed Home, Perfect for Large Groups

This home is really beautiful, spacious, and close the the beach! Only a 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach, we’ve chosen Bear Trap Dunes for the last few years for our large group. We have 5 families with plenty of kids and teens and this home worked well for our stay. Working with First Choice Property Management was very easy, and we would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well maintained

The check in, communication with property manager were great. They even gave us a later check out which was also great. Loved the rec room which allowed all the kids to hangout and not disturb others. I liked that sheets, towels, starter packs for soaps and dishwashing liquid was provided. The house is large and spacious. The only thing I thought it should have is 2 refrigerator s for such large parties, 1 is not enough. It could also be a little better stocked as well with more coffee mugs, etc. Overall, I loved this rental and would stay here again!

Our group of high school friends meet up at this time every year. We graduated in 1965-66.The size of the house was perfect for us.We would like to rent it again next year, but some of the TVs didn’t work, we could only get 2 channels on one of them.First floor bathroom sink drained very slowly.Difficult to turn shower on in upstairs master bedroom. If those issues are taken care of, count us in for fall 2026.

The home was large and family friendly. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces to gather. The washibg nachine was hbysabke fir the first 5 days of our stay. It was finally replaced by thursday at 5. The management company did not follow up at the end when i asked for a snall amount if money back sunce listing was inaccurate

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious house, which provided ample room for our large family. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from attention. Notably, all of the beds are hard-surface, which necessitate replacement as they cause discomfort upon waking. Additionally, several bathrooms require freshening, as they had accumulated black spots on the walls and floors. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant vacation and eagerly anticipate returning to Bethany Beach.
