Everything wss great. The only issue was the garbage left in the garage and it really smelled. VACASA maintenance took care of it. Also the resident that lives at 30572 Canary Way verbally abused my 15 year niece became when she was walking my 2 year old golden retriever walked on his property. That was uncalled for.

Here for family vacation/daughter’s Nationals Softball Tournament.Loved this property and will be back!Owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in this brand new, spotless home.Plenty of room for our family of six and dog….fully stocked kitchen-basic cleaning supplies,beach towels,even snacks/laundry detergent/and coffee!Loved everything about this property!Perfect for families-our kids are older but little ones would love the upstairs area with a fun common area with toys and space to call their own!We can’t wait to stay here again!Great location in Bethany-short drives to beach and restaurants/stores-etc.

Amazing house, disappointing post-stay follow up

House is new build, which means new modern furnishings but can have minor issues, to which Vacasa responded quickly. The house was furnished beautifully with sturdy furniture from Article, with ample supplies like toilet paper and paper towels! They even had toys in the kid bedrooms! The house is spacious and we had a wonderful stay. I’d definitely book again in the future. I’m rating 3 instead of 5 stars because of the disappointing lack of responsiveness from Vacasa after our stay when I realized we had left behind two bags in the closet. It’s been almost two months since our stay and they still haven’t resolved the issue after promising to ship the items back to me.
