The space
We all need downtime, with dining space with seating for 12 to reminisce over a home cooked meal made in the full kitchen. The dining area flows into the living room complete with an oversized smart TV and an outdoor patio for enjoying quiet mornings as you sip a freshly made cup of coffee. Enjoy an evening outside on the back lawn playing games and cooking out with a gas or charcoal grill. Spoil yourself with a cool drink as the sun goes down.
Boredom is real thing for pre-teens so we outfitted a game room complete with a high definition smart TV with surround sound and gaming chairs. Just bring their favorite gaming console and plug it in.
For sleeping options, you'll find four spacious bedrooms and a magnificent loft, two master suites with king/Queen beds and walk-in closet. The first floor offers a bright and airy open floor plan. The living room has a two-story ceiling and stacked windows for lots of natural light. The beautiful open kitchen has upgraded cabinets and countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze.
Within minutes you can find yourself strolling along the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, exploring Fenwick Island State Park, or teeing up at one of the nearby golf courses. After a day in the sun, head back to the townhome and take a dip the community pool located just a few steps from the back patio and relax.

The house has regular drip coffee maker, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with an air Fryer , rice cooker, cookware, silverware, baking sheets, cooking utensils, pots and pans, pancake pan, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, wine glasses. Plastic outdoor plates and cups/ kids plates, cups, blender, cutting boards, knives, serving bowls and spoons, mixing bowls, Tupperware, strainers, outdoor grill with propane tank as well as a charcoal grill for the traditionalist grill master, grilling utensils, peeler, can and bottle opener, measuring cups, dish rags, basic cleaning products, start up of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and garbage bags (just to get you started, guests are responsible to purchase more after), placemats, hand soap in each bathroom. Toaster, microwave, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, vacuum, broom and dust pan, drying rack, wastebaskets and much more.
