Very clean and nice location. The screened porch was a very nice addition. Quiet area with nice neighbors. Overall -a very nice place for a family for a week.

House was perfect for our extended family with plenty of extra space and bedrooms! We appreciated access to all of the beach chairs and bikes too. Screened in porch was nice for morning coffee. Enjoyed the Delaware state park beaches and quick drive into town for shopping and restaurants. A great stay that everyone enjoyed!

We felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The home was crisp and clean, seemed brand new. The location is convenient to drive up or hop a bike and ride up to the beach or to the boardwalk and shops. We visited pre-season and had a wonderful time, can't wait to return in season and catch some waves. We will visit again and feel comfortable bringing the rest of the family along.

This was my family's first time in Delaware. The home was beautiful and a very short drive to a public beach access. The beach club has a pool/ gym/ etc, however the weekly fee to use must be purchased through the clubhouse. The clubhouse was not open when we arrived on Saturday and didn't open again until Tuesday. So we didn't use the amenities on site since they weren't available for use until our fourth day there. So, if you are booking Saturday to Saturday you may want to consider obtaining wristbands early if possible. The house was clean and spacious and the area is great.
