Amazing stay!

This was the perfect place for a little spring break getaway! The game room in the garage was a hit and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Bonus points for the little boxes of cereal and packets of oatmeal that fueled us before we went shopping for our own food. Overall, it was a great time and we would 100% come again!

The amenities, and the house are to die for! They were so accommodating with everything, for example: they were so quick to provide us with a fresh pile of towels, upon requesting! I wanted to add, the owners of this gorgeous home knows how to treat their guests really well. I will be booking here again, next year! Absolutely recommend this place for anyone.

Our favorite Bethany rental! Impeccably appointed home with great living space and our boys love the “archade gaming” bonus room. We also got great use out of the gym and pool, in addition to all the convenient downtown attractions. Each time we have stayed here we truly feel home away from home and we look forward to next time already!

Great house with lots to do.

Our family of 5 loved our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. We kayaked, played foosball, air-hockey, Wii, used the community gym and pool and drove to the beach multiple times. Our teen girls rode the provided bikes and loved having Netflix in the bedroom. Parking at the beach was easy especially after lunch! Please note** The shuttle from the community ONLY runs in weekends! Also, only one bedroom has a closet. The other two can use the hall coat closet or the master bath linen closet if needed.

We enjoyed this house. Stayed in many rentals in the Bethany area over the years and this was our favorite. We hope to book again in the future. The house was stocked with plenty of amenities and everything in great condition.

Loved staying at PIER37

My family and I loved staying at PIER37! This home has it ALL! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family dinner. Comfortable beds that are hotel quality. Game room for hours of entertainment and the location can not be beat! They provide bikes so we could bike over to Bethany Beach and all the amenities of the Sea Colony marketplace. We plan to book PIER37 again for our family getaway next year.

Perfect House

Loved everything about this house. I wasn't told that they supply linens, so that was a great surprise. Beds were comfy and everything was clean & tidy. The game room was a real plus. The only drawback was the high-top table & chairs. Not too comfy for older folks, but it was okay. Would like to rent again next year. Thanks for a great house and for offering us the extra day.

Champ vacation home

We want to express that our stay at PIER37 was a fabulous experience. It is a wonderful single floor living with no steps to climb. All the beds are comfortable, very bright and clean. It felt like we were at our own home, we had everything we needed during our stay. The bus stop to the beach is practically next to the house, super convenient. Our grandkids kept themselves entertained with all the games in the garage, they loved it! This home is so close to the beach, it’s perfect. We have recommended this place to our friends and family and we will definitely be coming back!

Family vacay

I honestly couldn’t have been happier! Was there with my 75 yo mother, SO, and several teenage girls - and they all said how amazing this place was!! The kitchen was great with any utensils, appliances, etc we could possibly need. The kayaks and game room were a happy surprise I wasn’t looking for! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There are was almost an immediate response to any questions I had - both before and during our stay. Will 100% recommend this place to anyone - and we hope to return next year. Thank you so much!!!

GREAT SOACE/ FUN FOR EVERYONE

This place had everything that you could want/need. The house is equipped with a fun game room (aka garage) that kept the family and kids busy playing and having fun on the rainy days. There are bikes that we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood with. The clubhouse was great! You do need to purchase wristbands that allow you into the pool and the shuttle to the beach which was great to have on the weekends! The neighborhood itself is quiet and quaint! Great neighbors too.!! The pool is nice to have walking distance and the gym is fully equipped too if you are interested. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal! New appliances!! We really enjoyed our time there and we look forward to going back one day! It was our first time in Bethany and we were really happy with it!!! Great experience all around!!!
