We enjoyed our time in this space. It was quiet and relaxing. The fireplace was a cozy plus. It was close to many beaches, and shopping if we chose to do so.

Family ocean trip
This worked for our family of 4. The kitchen was a plus and cost savings for a family. The proximity to the beach was awesome! We also tried new restaurants and would highly recommend Lil Bits for breakfast. We would love to return in our future trips to Oceano!

Nice condo and nice location
We had a wonderful time in the condo - we are a family of four. Highly recommend! Kitchen was well setup, cooked a few vacation meals while there. The location was just perfect. Walking distance to the ATV rentals and the beach.

Ocean breeze
Location by the beach and the breeze is nice. Checked in and the cleaning crew hadn’t taken the old linens and there wasn’t any toilet paper. Quickly fixed with a text to the host. Nice kitchen and outdoor patio, carpets and couch could get a cleaning.

Clean and kitschy
Clean property in great location in 5 minutes walking distance to Oceano Beach. When we chose to stay at this property, we did not know that this beach allows cars and pick-up trucks to drive and park on on the sand which is not a positive for us. But we lucked out due to it being low tide during our time at the beach and we could stay far from the vehicular hubbub while walking and beachcombing to our heart’s content! The property itself was clean and adequately stocked for our weekend stay. Check-in was easy and the staff is very nice. The stove/oven and fridge are large and modern. Be aware there is no dishwasher - we hadn’t known that ahead of time. The property is close Pismo Beach and to the Monarch Butterfly Grove. It’s an easy drive to many wonderful state parks and recreational areas for great hikes either by the ocean or in the forests. Enjoy!

Privacy and Comfort
My husband and I visited the week after Xmas and the area was very quiet. We barely saw anyone else around the unit. The unit is exactly as the photos portray and is lovely and very clean. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. Enjoyed the massage shower head after long days walking. Very private. Located upstairs and at the very rear of the property. Looking out the front window you only see trees. No one can see inside. Important feature if you want privacy. Oceano itself is unlike any beach town we’ve ever been to. Beach and dunes and trees. Not really much of anything else except for a few restaurants which suited us fine. Just north within a few miles are the towns of Grover Beach & Pismo - typical beach towns full of restaurants and shops. If you walk through the campground across the street you’ll find a couple of private paths leading to the beach through trees and then dunes. This was our preferred way to walk to the beach. David, the owner, made certain all our needs were met. We highly recommend this condo for an exceptional relaxing vacation experience.
