Industrial-Inspired 2-Story California Beach House

Summary:
This newly constructed 2-story California beach house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet neighborhood while remaining within walking distance of the vibrant downtown, and picturesque coast. It was built to be the ideal vacation house offered by The Urban Nest North County. The designer's signature style shows throughout the striking industrial-inspired home with soaring ceilings. Our goal remains to deliver unique design, blended with authentic hospitality, to each and every guest!

The Space:
Newly built and under top-notch management, this 2-story vacation house boasts soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, an open floor plan, luxury bedding, a full kitchen, stylist furnishings throughout, beach equipment, Cox Gigablast Wi-Fi speed, and a deck with beautiful sunset views, fire table and dining. There are two unique single-family homes on this lot. The front home is an historic bungalow. The back home is a 2-story beach home. The homes share an adjoining utility room with housekeeping facilities and storage in between. Each home has is own dedicated laundry facilities.

The CEO of The Urban Nest is one of the top designers in Southern California, and her signature style shows. The CFO of the company has spent his 25-year career as an executive within the luxury hotel space. Together it is their goal to deliver unique design, blended with authentic hospitality, to each and every guest!

CLEANING COMMITMENT
Cleanliness has always been of the utmost importance to us! Our Ambassador of Clean oversees the cleanliness of our homes. Through her efforts, we have been given a 5-star review for the cleanliness of our homes from each and every guest that has ever stayed with us over the last 5 years! We are very proud of this.

LIVING AREA
- Every opportunity to bring in natural light through windows and doors was taken in this home design!
- Recline on a comfortable sofa and two stylish armchairs in the living room while watching a movie on the 50” flat screen smart TV.
- Television content is provided via Hulu TV. Hulu is an entertainment content provider offering live TV via an expanded line up of television network programming, on demand television content, and on demand movies.
- A new highly-efficient HVAC system, complete with air conditioning, keeps guests in control of their comfort throughout the year.
- Complimentary Cox’s Gigablast Wi-Fi is available for Guest Use.

WORKSPACE
- Do your best work remotely! A high counter with stools, complete with convenient USB outlets and natural light, offers a comfortable workspace.
- Our investment in Cox’s Gigablast Wi-Fi service ensures fast and reliable service for all your IT needs.
- While the Keurig machine offers the necessary caffeine for the early or late video conference of the day, a mid-day stroll on the pier offers a perfect mid-day break.

KITCHEN & DINING
- The kitchen is adorned with butcher block countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
- A Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and condiments await guests.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need to enjoy their stay, including grilling tools and a pizza stone for chilly nights or our smallest guest.
- Gather in the dining area with a six-person table and a counter with seating for an additional three.
- The open floor plans allow guests to remain engaged with one another.

BEDROOMS & BATH
- This home accommodates six guests between two bedrooms and a memory foam, queen-size sofa sleeper.
- The full bathrooms are stocked complete with a complimentary 5-piece, starter set of toiletries intended to pamper the guests.
- The bathrooms feature modern glass walk-in showers.
- The master bedroom features a king-size bed complete with luxurious bedding and a signature mattress from the world’s largest luxury hotel.
- The second bedroom has two, king in beds complete with luxurious bedding and signature mattresses from the world’s largest luxury hotel.
- Bedrooms feature open chrome wired closets for ease of access to guest belongings.
- The memory form, queen-size sleeper sofa and darkening window treatments in the living room are intended to provide the 5th-6th person a quality night’s sleep.
- Ample, high-quality linens along with beach towels are provided for guest use.

OUTDOOR ARE
- Unwind on the private deck allowing adults and children to enjoy the Cali sunshine and beautiful sunsets.
- Enjoy an al fresco meal at the custom high-top table soaking up the sunshine or views.
- Relax by the warmth and ambience of a custom fire table after a trip to the beach or a chilly evening by the fire.
- Use a private grill to cook up a delicious meal.
- Thoughtful landscaping beautifies the outdoors areas surrounding the home.

BEACH EQUIPMENT
Need bikes? Don't rent them! This home provides two beach cruiser bikes with helmets, two boogie boards, two beach chairs, a breach umbrella, sand toys, a small cooler, and a wagon to tote it all to the famous Oceanside Pier Beach.

LAUNDRY
A full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent are provided within the home for guest use.

PARKING
Two dedicated parking spaces located at the rear of the property, just off the alley, available for guest use. A gate from the parking area leads to the backyard.

KEYLESS ENTRY
This home is equipped with a smart lock. Upon arrival, easily access the home with a keyless secure door code. The access code provided will not work until after 3:00p time and will not work after 10:00a on your check-out date.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT
We have a strict policy that does not allow for early check-ins or late check-outs. We take great pride in the cleanliness and organization of our homes so we need to afford housekeeping enough time to properly prepared for each and every guest!

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We are pleased to have hosted a huge number of respectful and thoughtful guest(s) in the past, however we do have to put this disclaimer out there to protect ourselves against the occasional problematic guest(s). Please be sure to carefully review the House Rules! A $1,000.00 security deposit is required with this reservation, and it is a credit card authorization that is processed prior to or during your stay. This authorization is held for 5-14 days and will expire after your departure only after it is inspected to ensure that the House Rules were strictly followed, all contents of the home are undamaged and in the home, and there is no damage or additional cleaning that is needed to return the home or the contents of the home to the condition that was present prior to your arrival.

For additional information regarding the security deposit, please review the Rental Agreement and House Manual.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
By confirming your booking, you will be entering into a Rental Agreement with The Urban Nest North County. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you approximately two hours after confirmation of your booking. If you have any objections to the terms of the Rental Agreement, you must notify management, in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of the Rental Agreement via the host channel.
